Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide!* *Subject to COVID-19 restrictions.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on orders over £40 to the UK*. However, you can choose express shipping for £5 at checkout. Please note, the 24 hour period does not include order processing time.
For international orders, *shipping varies:
Orders in EU - *£3.75
Worldwide (excluding EU) - *£3.00
*excluding Channel Islands and Isle of Man. *price dependant on order weight.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
At our warehouse we are busy packing your order to get it out to you as soon as possible! Once they’re picked, packed and ready to go, you’ll receive a shipping notification letting you know it's on it's way.
Typically UK delivery will take 2-5 working days. Due to the global outbreak of Covid-19 and high demand, in rare cases deliveries may take up to 14 days to arrive from the day of shipment confirmation.
For international orders, we estimate delivery to be 7-10 working days, but it could be up to three weeks from date of shipment confirmation. If you have not received your parcel after this period, or you would like to know the delivery times to your country before ordering, please contact hello@swheatbottle.com
How will my S’wheat bottle be packaged?
To ensure the safe arrival of your order, your S'wheat Bottle will be inside of a recyclable paper carton. This will then be inside a recyclable cardboard mailer box.
We do not use any plastic in our packaging and always strive for the most eco-packaging options possible.

Is S'wheat safe for Coeliacs and gluten-free?
Yes! S'wheat Bottles are safe for Coeliacs. They are also free from gluten.
Does S'wheat contain Melamine?
No! All S'wheat Bottles are completely free from Melamine and BPA.
What is the size of a S'wheat bottle?
S'wheat Bottles have a capacity of 550ml / 18.6oz
Weight: 250 grams, Height: 22.5cm, Diameter 7.5cm
What are S'wheat bottles made from?
S'wheat Bottle features wheat straw as raw materials. We use naturally grown wheat straw in the production of our S'wheat bottles.
How do I care for my S'wheat bottle?
The S'wheat bottle should be cleaned by hand wash. Not suitable for dishwasher use. Unsuitable for microwave use, Unsuitable for fridge or freezer - Unsuitable for carbonated drinks - Hot Liquids can burn - Recommended cleaning every 3 days.
